24 § Shop steward and occupational safety and health representative

1.       The shop steward agreement between The Federation of Finnish Technology Industries and the Federation of Special Service and Clerical Employees ERTO (Appendix 3) lays down provisions concerning shop stewards, the position and duties of shop stewards, the shop steward’s employment security, and the compensation to be paid to the shop steward.

 2.       The occupational safety and health representative’s participation in training has been agreed upon in the training agreement valid between the unions (Appendix 4).

 3.       Occupational safety and health representatives are entitled to the following compensation:
