Overtime ban in the IT-services sector

ERTO has declared an overtime ban for the IT-services sector. The ban
starts this upcoming Thursday December 10th, 2009 at 6 am in the
morning.
The agreement period for the IT-services sector collective agreement has come to an end on September 30th 2009. As the collective agreement negotiations have not progressed to the hoped direction, we have reached a stage where industrial action has to be taken in order to speed up the negotiations. Since we have not reached an agreement, any industrial action taken is legal.
